The Brief:
To design, develop, install and commission manual handling equipment for the production line at a Tier 1 vehicle plant. The equipment has to assemble a battery pack, inverter and casing offline and then place to the underside of the vehicle online. A way of disassembling the unit from the vehicle was also required if deemed faulty under test.
